In the midst of COVID in 2020, Kit Bichan and his cousin, Dan Gould, set up Beiting & Brew, a street food trailer offering incredible food from around the world which completely transport you! They’ve gone from strength to strength, with a new café opening soon!
Their expertly created menus always feature a wide range of brilliant local produce, and their ever-expanding range of homemade sauces, marinades, chillies and chutneys just leave you wanting more!
Why did you choose to work with CRC? And what were your expectations?
“I’ve known Calvin basically my whole life and I thought that it was a good opportunity to grow with CRC , seeing both companies growing at the same time is quite an exciting thing for new entrepreneurs and that was quite important for us.”
How would you describe working with CRC to someone else?
“Seamless service. I love the fact that you get to talk about the future of the business, and it’s not met with any kind of no’s; it's always figuring out “how can we make this work?” I love that. That is really, really important."
What impact has working with us had on you and your business?
"Nothings ever a stress, anytime we have an idea or project you guys have looked into it and given your expert opinion on whether or not it's a viable option. There have been lots of ideas, and some which weren’t quite right, but that's never been a problem to you guys."
